If you are ever struggling to come up with an idea for a stamping project, the solution is as close as your nearest Stampin' Up! catalog. That's right. Casing (copying and sharing) is a great way to come up with ideas, and any Stampin' Up! publication is loaded with ideas ready to be cased.
For this card idea, I used the project created by Stampin' Up! artists on page 56 of the July-December Mini Catalog.
The Trick or Treat card was my inspiration.
You can follow along with my step-by-step video tutorial for tips and tricks (including showing how to make a fork-bow) here:
Here are the measurements for this card:
Pool Party cardstock: 7" x 8-1/2", scored at 3-1/2" along the 7" side; 1/4" x 5"
Basic White cardstock: 1-1/4" x 1-3/4"; 3-1/4" x 8-1/4"
Sweetest Christmas 12" x 12" DSP: 3" x 8"; 2 pieces, different prints: 1/4" x 5"
Real Red cardstock: 1-3/4" x 3-1/4"
Real Red & White 6" x 6" Glimmer Paper: 1/4" x 5"
Real Red & Garden Green 3/8" Ribbon Pack: 7" for fork-bow
If you need any of the supplies that I used in this project, they can be ordered by simply clicking on the photos below. You'll be taken directly to my Stampin' Up! online store. Thanks in advance!
