I want to share with you the final project that was made at my January classes. It's a cute and very quick little treat, perfect for Valentine's Day. And if you still need to put something together, these are the ticket!
The original idea comes from Dawn Griffith. She made one that held 3 Hershey Nuggets. This little treat holder holds 2 Hershey Nuggets, and allowed me to use the Love Blossoms Paper Stack from the Occasions catalog.
Here is a photo tutorial of how it's made. Hope it helps!
Cut a piece of card stock measuring 2" by 6". Score it along the 6" side at 2-3/4" and 3-1/4".
After scoring, punch both ends using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch (or any tag topper punch).
Fold along the score lines.
To create the "box" that holds the Hershey Nuggets, cut a piece of Designer Series Paper measuring 1-1/2" by 5-1/4". Score it along the 5-1/4" side at 2", 2-1/2", 4-1/2" and 5". Be careful when scoring the paper as it can easily be cut while scoring!
Fold along the score lines.
Glue the small 1/4" tab end to the other end to form a tube of sorts. Slide this over the tag-top-punched piece. This forms the holder.
To finish, place the Hershey Nuggets inside (2 fit very nicely), place a piece of ribbon through the tag-punched top and tie a piece of twine around to secure. Then decorate as desired. These little treats are perfect for any occasion.
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy stamping!

New Sale-a-Bration Items Coming!
If you have browsed the 2016 Sale-a-Bration brochure, you know that there are some items at the back of the brochure that are limited availability only through February 15th. And, you know that there are more limited availability items coming after those items are no longer available.
What you probably haven't seen are the items that are coming! Here is a sneak-peek of those items. Check them out, and contact me to plan a stamp class to earn them for free. You can also order online through my online store as well.
Check out the additional items (choose one item with every $50 order starting February 16th while supplies last or March 31st), HERE!

More projects from January classes
As promised, here are some more projects from my January classes/clubs. The first again uses the Going Global stamp set and the coordinating designer series paper, Going Places. I also decided to use watercolor paper and the Stampin' Spritzer for the globe image. I really like the watercolored look it gives.
These next two cards use the popular Sale-a-bration stamp set, the Sky is the Limit. It's a limited availability stamp set and is only available through February 15th with a $50 order! Don't miss your chance to get your own.
I adapted this card idea from this card that I cased. I used the ever-popular Lovely as a Tree stamp set for the tree-line below and the birthday greeting from the Suite Sayings stamp set out of the Occasions Catalog. And, you can't forget about the propeller on the airplane. It's vellum card stock punched out with the Festive Flower Builder Punch and a Mini Silver Brad.
This card idea I also cased from a fellow demonstrator, but I can't seem to find where I got the idea from. I made my card simpler though.

If you need stamping supplies, and don't currently have a demonstrator, I'd be glad to help you out.
