Feeling Sentimental

As I was cleaning up (it's a frequent thing in any stamp room) my stamping space the other day, I came across leftover stamp club packets from last year.  What to do....well, make the projects but use new stamp sets and accessories.

This card is the same layout, but I needed something to send that was a birthday card.  The By the Tide stamp set from the Spring Catalog was just the ticket!
