August Stamp Club & Stamp Class Projects

For the month of August, I focused on Halloween projects for my stamping events.  There are so many cute ideas using the Googly Ghouls stamp set found in the Holiday Catalog.  

This first project uses the Ghoulish Googlies kit.  I had made these cute little bags at my stamp parties this month as well, but here I dressed it up a bit by adding a cut-out bat that has been "popped-up" using Stampin' Dimensionals.

This card is very similar to the card that I made to swap at Convention this year.  For this card, I used the Frankenstein image from the stamp set, and the Howlstooth & Scaringbone designer series paper.  

These cute little tins (empty Altoids-type tins) make adorable gift containers.  They could hold anything from candy to jewelry to gift cards.  The spider tag was from the Ghoulish Googlies kit as well.  A Pumpkin Pie Glimmer brad fills the hole and adds a pop!  Oh, and the tags from this kit are two-sided so you can use both sides.  That's where the Pumpkin Pie & Basic Black stripes paper came from.

To finish the edge of the tin, I applied some of the 1/2" Striped Satin Ribbon from the Holiday Catalog using Tombow Multi-Purpose Adhesive.  I think this ribbon would look great on wedding cards too.

 For this card, I used the "happy halloween" stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes.  The main image and the Basic Black layer are done using the Sizzix Big-Shot and the Labels Collection Framelits.  I love those Framelits!  Although it's hard to see, I used the gold Stampin' Dazzle Marker from the Holiday Catalog to color in the buckle on the witches hat.

Finally, I cased this cute little broom from the Stampin' Up! Catalog.  I don't have the stamp set used on their broom, so I used the Hostess Only stamp, Mixed Medley also from the Holiday Catalog.  Host a party, and you can get this stamp set that has many seasons to stamp for.  So easy, I could also see using other candy as well as pencils in the 1"x8" cellophane bags.
